Social worker, school Psych, and Counselor are all bilingual. We have an SST which heads a school-based problem-solving team to review the lack of academic progress, behavioral concerns, attendance/truancy issues, and parent and/or teacher concerns, and to recommend alternative strategies/interventions to be implemented in the regular classroom. Last, we have an interventionist to work with parents and teachers to design and implement individualized programs that best fit the child’s situation.
