Your task is to research and write a formal essay of approximately (6-7 pages, double spaced) followed by an appropriate bibliography. The essay will require that you be able to complete in-depth research, make effective notes, formulate and defend a clear thesis, apply critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills, and finally to organize your information in a logical and coherent fashion. Furthermore, you must also write effectively and accurately document material in your essay.
Research Notes from Each of the Sources – All research must be in point form and using the Chicago Style Handout History Template which I added the file (or a modified version that includes all the same information). This template must be completed in digital format (or photos of handwritten notes).
Notes should reflect significant detail, a summary of the key information, and analysis in preparation for the essay. Length of notes from each source may vary according to importance
Notes FROM ALL 10 SOURCES must be referenced by indicating a source and should be in your own words (excluding quotations and no highlighting from printouts or photocopies) for future referencing.
Bibliography – A document that lists the 10 resources you intend on using for your essay
All sources must be in proper bibliographic format (CHICAGO STYLE). The Bibliography must reflect a diversity of sources: at least 1 primary document, maximum 2 reference sources (textbook, dictionary, or encyclopedia), and several academic websites/databases/ebooks/videos.
Create a Controversial question with a thesis and with at least 3 arguments and Each of the arguments has 3-5 major facts to support it.

I wrote my thesis with my 3 arguments and my controversial question (again feel free to change or add anything)
was the Industrial Revolution beneficial to society? While the Industrial Revolution resulted in long-term economic improvement, at the time, the revolution was of little benefit to society. Specifically, the Industrial Revolution oppressed all workers, women and children, and created an unequal society.
I must have endnotes or footnotes for all quotations, facts, or ideas the author received from other source
