In your role as an HR advisor for TK Ceramics, you have been requested to provide a job analysis report for the position of the expert TK Ceramics is going to send to Indonesia to invigilate the quality of production in the factory. The report needs to describe the procedures of the job analysis and relevant justifications to support the job analysis. Renee will use your report to organise the recruitment and selection for that position. Therefore, your task includes:
– Justify the necessity of conducting a job analysis.
– Choose two appropriate data collection methods/techniques for job analysis.
– Analyse the data and identify relevant task statements and job duties.
– Identify essential KSAOs (i.e., knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics) required for the role.
– Construct a Job Requirements Matrix.
– Craft highly effective job descriiption and job specification.
It is a requirement that these tables are filled out and included in your report.
The report should incorporate a minimum of eight (8) scholarly, peer reviewed journal articles published within the last 10 years.
