Choose one of the following populations: African-American families, LGBT families, or single-parent families (or another population that especially interests you). Then, based on the readings, choose one of the models of family therapy that we’ve addressed this semester, and explain why that model is NOT well-suited for that specific population. Be specific, citing examples from any of the readings or videos that we’ve used this term. Then, proposal a model of treatment that would be substantially better, and explain why you’ve chosen that one.
