This is a facsimile replica project that needs to physically make a page from the book we chose and also turn in an essay with it. I am working on the craft part.

Read the commentary and begin research on how manuscriipts were made, decorated, and inscribed. Investigate the word and image relationship in your chosen facsimile and choose a bifolium to replicate. Compare this relationship to other medieval manuscriipts. Compose a brief essay explaining your process and how the word and image components interact.
