Scenario: You have been tasked to conduct a CHNA for your local healthcare system.
Search public use datasets in your area to identify and prioritize local health needs of the community.
Create a minimum 550-word executive summary of your CHNA for your health leaders and stakeholders in which you do the following:
Analyze the community demographics. Be specific in geographic location.
Evaluate and prioritize key health variables and associated data points.
Recommend initiatives to address the identified needs.
Recommend an implementation strategy, including potential challenges or barriers.
