Create a Word doc or an Excel spreadsheet with the following categories:
Water-soluble vitamins
Fat-soluble vitamins
Minerals
Good source of nutrient: dark leafy greens
No toxicity symptoms, even with supplements
No possibility of toxicity if the source is whole food
Toxicity leads to death
Common deficiency in the U.S.
Deficiency is extremely rare or not possible under typical conditions
Add a nutrient to the categories as you learn.
For example, if you learn that many Americas are deficient in vitamin K, add “K” in category #7. Then you learn that vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin so you add it to number 3.
