Case Assessment and Treatment Plan is a written case assessment and
treatment plan for a family you actually or hypothetically treat in counseling. The family may be
from a case book or a training program. It may be an historical, political, or entertainment family, or
your own family, friends, or neighbors well known to you. We will discuss selecting a case.
IMPORTANT: Identity information must be concealed unless your case is a publicly known (historical,
political, entertainment, published case study) family.
