A video transcriipt for this assignment as if you are presenting to your shift or Fire department. In the transcriipt inform your team of the following information:
the overall strategic objectives of your fire agency’s strategic plan,
the risks identified in your community and their priorities, and
Future steps to ensure integration of mitigation efforts of the identified risks into fire department strategic plan. Be sure to explain the benefits of this plan to the community.
Remember that you represent your Fire department agency in the presentation, so your perspective is one of ownership; for example, talk about your plan versus presenting someone else’s plan. Your video transcriipt must be at least a 3 to 5 minutes video in length ( 2 pages). No references are necessary.
