c) Is this plan or supplement recommended by any specific person (Doctor, famous person), place (college, hospital), manufacturer/Brand, etc. (1 point)
d) Write out what the diet plan recommends – the sample menu or food groups to use – can include a logo the plan may use – an example would be MyPlate but be sure to include some explanations; If you are looking at a weight loss supplement write down the ingredients and any other recommendations. You can add the Do and Don’t list that probably comes with either option. (3 points)
e) In YOUR opinion, is this a “diet” (short-term) plan or a lifestyle change? Why? (2 points)
