Trait CH 8, Humanistic CH 9 / Cognitive and Social cognitive CH 7. This assignment is the same as before but you will use information from chapters 7, 8 & 9. So see the overall instuctions.
For this section, the essay should be about 3 to 4 pages total. Your essay for this section will include the definition of personality you are using, brief descriiption of the theories selected (2-3 paragraphs), psychologist (if any) associated with the theory, brief descriiption of your personality and how it fits or does not fit the portion of the theories you have select (maximum 2-3 paragraphs), analysis of your personality based on the relevant theory (about 3 paragraphs), and conclusion for that theory (about 1 to 2 paragraphs).
The analysis will link your personality (e.g., behavior, thoughts, motivations, emotions, etc.) to components from the theory selected from chs 7 & 9. . Examples of specific components could include social cognition and schemas and how that relates to behavior and personality and a discussion of the existentialists and or the humanists and how that relates to behavior and personality. In this chapter be sure to define how they view personality as it is a bit different than the previous ones. It might be interesting if you choose one component of a theory for chapter 7 and one component of a theory from chapter 9 and do a comparison.
