This has to be a report in Environmental Science and Building Services to demonstrate broad expertise knowledge in understanding environmental science in buildings, including the comfort of humans in buildings and building regulations/standards/guideline, environmental design factors and criteria from various aspects (heat, moisture, light, sound and airflow) with Harvard referencing, followed by statements and discussion on the concepts, models/design methods, relevant building regulations/standards/guidance. Necessary analysis and comments should be provided as well. It is expected to cover all the aspects of environmental science in buildings that you’ve learnt in this module so far. Examine factors affecting indoor environment within buildings and analyse their impacts on the comfort of human. Examine and appreciate fundamentals, the codes and regulations relating to heat, moisture, light, sound and airflow. I can deliver the list of the books that we have had recommended and learnt during the sessions.
