What issue or issues are being addressed by the court? Issues are
usually addressed in the form of a question: “Did the plaintiff complete the
requisite time and elements to secure adverse possession over the land.”
What should the court rule and why? Be specific in why you
feel that way. This and the analysis should be the bulk of your paper.
