This paper is an analysis of how revenge is present in Beowulf and its importance.
Directions: Write an analysis paper about revenge in Beowulf. Use appropriate quotes to demonstrate your points. Write in third person and use academic language.
Possible paragraph idea:
– Beowulf killing Grendel for to exact revenge for Hrothgar after he killed Hrogthgar’s people.
– Grendel’s mother going after Beowulf and Hrothgar’s men to avenge her son’s death.
– Beowulf going after Grendel’s mother after she kills Hrothgar’s men.
