As you begin your internship, careful planning will ensure that your experience will have the greatest value in making you an effective administrator.
In this internship, you will be assessed by your GCU faculty supervisor using the “Instrument for Measuring Leadership Effectiveness.” As a best practice, it is important to communicate with your GCU faculty supervisor early in this course to arrange the time and date of the evaluation meeting. Your GCU faculty supervisor will require you to have an updated e-portfolio of artifacts to demonstrate and showcase evidence of meeting the ELCC standards you have addressed to this point.
