Hello! You have to do a reflective learning journal related to organizational behavior theories. For that you have to reflect on your own personality, personal values, and life experiences. You have to identify one significant life event or incident for this assignment. For this life event or incident, briefly describe its context and your situation. In other words, you have to recall what happened and observe the connection between a chosen life event and one’s own personality, skills, experience, or knowledge. Then, apply two relevant theoretical frameworks to analyze the situation and generate some valuable insights from your analysis.
The two relevant theoretical framework can be:
– Individual Behavior and processes (you have to include at least two of these topics: (1a) Individual Behavior, Personality and Values (1b) Perceiving Ourselves and Others in Organizations (1c) Workplace Emotions, Attitudes, and Stress (1d) Employee Motivation)
– Team Processes (you have to include at least two of these topics: (2a) Team Dynamics, (2b) Power and Influence in the Workplace, (2c) Conflict and Negotiation in the Workplace (2d) Leadership in Organizational Settings)
– Organizational Processes (you have to include at least two of these topics: (3a) organizational culture, (3b) organizational change)
The theoretical framework content MUST COMPULSORY be the ones I uploaded which have the same number (that is 1a for “Individual Behavior, Personality and Values” or 3a for “Organizational Culture”
Finally, you have to reframe future actions for handling similar situations and explain what might work and why.
In short, the structure must be: firstly my experience, secondly my analysis and thirdly my insight.
It has to be done between 1000-1100 words. Write it clearly, not rushed, use analytical and critical skills and very important to properly link it to the organizational behavior theories.
