Introduction / Justification of Community Partnership
Provide a paragraph that justifies your partnership selection using course content and outside sources as well as your personal experiences. Include any pertinent information from your Leadership in Advocacy/Interview work. The following should be included:

Describe research into the organization including your brief overview of the interview from Leadership in Advocacy.
Include the organizations mission, key messages, and objectives and their alignment with yours.
Actionable Items/Activities
Include a description of actionable items and your leadership implementation of advocacy related to these actionable items. The following should be well planned out:
2-3 actionable items with full desription of their significance to the advocacy project (Note: While these can include using fliers and social media campaigns are allowed you must have more than one thing that you do that justifies your advocacy and is not just considered volunteering.
Example of one Actionable Item:
Student creates a survey to collect pre/post data looking for anonymous data on personal mental health. Survey is distributed with the help of the organization through email, social media, and in-person survey interviews. Data is analyzed to look for trends across socioeconomic status, race, and age.

Timeline
Provide a final timeline for actionable items including pre/post data (indicator monitoring) and narrative assessments.
Timeline can be in tabular form and should be specific and in order of beginning and end.
