I will do the illustration. I just need words chosen that will be easy to represent please plus answer the questions.
For this assignment, choose three words and be sure they share the same derived meaning. At the bottom of the website, there is a place to click to go to the next page and there are pages of words and roots-it goes on and on…
After choosing the words, you can look them up at dictionary.com as well to get their specific definitions.
Illustrate them in a way that shows their relationship.

Choose a group of origin related words and create your own illustration to demonstrate their meaning. Include what the root word means and how it is reflected in each of the words you chose. Also include the definitions of each word you use in your reflection.
Example: Fama is the derivative and it means “fame”
I illustrated that relationship by drawing a famous person (Michael Jackson) label him “famous” then draw a crowd around him and a television set on the other side of the paper with him on it and people watching to represent my next word, “fame.” Lastly, I would draw a memorial scene with records, trophies/awards, and people and label it “infamy” because he will live on in infamy based on his controversial life and career.
Explain how knowing word origins can help reading. Include information on understanding root words and affixes, and how this builds vocabulary.
