The spreadsheet is set up to allow you to first determine which case details are important for the decision. Calculating a relevant cost per unit will be helpful here. Then, use that relevant cost information to determine whether each opportunity in the case should be pursued.
You may create a new space in the provided spreadsheet to answer the questions based on what you learned in chapters 1 and 2. Some of what is covered there will be discussed in more detail in future chapters. This case is presented as an introduction in some of the topics we will cover during the semester.
Be sure to highlight what items of information are most important in making your decisions. Right now, this is more important than whether the decision you make in each scenario is correct or incorrect.
