Write a review paper on the Collaboration Project is designed to measure your communication and collaboration skills with students, colleagues, and families involved in elementary education. This assessment focuses on your ability to use your knowledge of communication and collaboration practices with students and families to improve student achievement. To complete this assessment successfully during Demonstration Teaching, you will participate in parent/teacher conferences and/or IEP meetings with a student who is struggling in the classroom or who has special needs. Additionally, you should participate in peer and professional learning communities (can be conducted online if not available at the school site). Utilize multiple communication strategies with families and students, during your time at the school. Review the school policy and practices regarding family involvement. When working with students, pay attention to how different communication strategies between you and the students and between the students can lead to active engagement, inquiry, and student achievement.
