Organizational agility and digitization
1- Write a literature review on organizational agility and digitization ( 500 to 600 words)
2- Expand BELOW section on public sector: how do you expect organizational agility to be different in the public vs private sector based on literature? (500 to 600 words)
3- Initiate the paradigm based on qualitative methodology to be followed for the topic ( 200 to 300 words)
4- For the method, start with a multiple-case study either with the “expected similarities” or “expected differences” logic concerning the target organizations. Within each organization, start by interviewing 4-5 people from whom you expect to get different angles to the topic. Explain the logic for these choices in the method section. No need to mention names, but types of organization and positions of the interviewees are sufficient.
5- Write 200 words based on the qualitative approach (Ethical Considerations)
6- What will be the added value to the practical side and theoretical side
