We need a business plan for the landlord of the new office we are trying to lease for the next five years.
They asked that we submit a Business Plan and our bank statements to make sure that we can generate enough capital to afford the $3,000 a month lease.
I don’t think we need a complicated and lengthy Business Plan, but we do want it to represent our company well while showing our ability to make a profit, as soon as possible.
The report should probably be between 5-7 pages, I don’t know the standard length of a business plan of this type, I will leave it up to you.
Same with the slides, please use as many slides as you see normal for this type of plan.
