Each student will prepare a PowerPoint Slide presentation to present a thorough review of your report on “Case Study Indiana Real Estate” using TechSmith Knowmia. Students will be required to record and deliver their presentation using the recording tool in Relay (instructions provided).
Requirements:
Review the Chapter 14 textbook material and solve for each of the problem statements provided in the Case Study – Indiana Real Estate.
Your PowerPoint Presentation will consist of five (5) parts which will require formal responses to each of the posed steps. Remember you are presenting to an audience of your peers.
These steps will be followed by the student during the presentation.
Introduction Title Slide: State your name, institution, the course, your professor’s name, the case study title.
Give a brief descriiption of the background by providing an overview of the case study.
Present the type of statistical method used and why you chose it in order to find a solution.
Respond to the Case Study problem statements by evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting your statistical analysis. Slides should be developed to show how you solved the calculations. Here you would include your Excel data analysis output.
Summarize your findings in a conclusion. What should the real estate agent report to the sellers and why?
Students MUST use PowerPoint to construct their slides – *******Do not record the audio portion of your presentation in PowerPoint.
Students MUST use TechSmith Knowmia to record the audio portion of the presentation; TechSmith Knowmia will record the monitor of the student as well as the audio.
Students should have at least ten (10) slides, not including the title slide or reference slide. ***HINT – you will probably have more than the requirement.
Students will have between 10 and 30 minutes to present their findings.
Since TechSmith Knowmia has a persistent upload queue. It might be necessary to reopen your laptop and allow your video to finish uploading the background.

I highly recommend reviewing the video about how to Successfully Present a topic before constructing your PowerPoint and giving your presentation. Please also refer to the information contained within “How to present your Case Study using TechSmith Knowmia.”
**Your computer must stay active including your Internet connection until the recording is uploaded. This usually does not take very long, but can be longer than one hour.
