This is a course work that is related to how cloud computing is applied in electricity utility sector. electricity utility sector involve all process right after generation to the last mile at customer end (including meters). the coursework is divide into the following sections:
1- Limited review: read 2-3 papers, articles, or internet source (blog, videos…etc.) to have an overview of how cloud computing is applied to electricity utility sector. This is not critical review, Provide your references (the more recent the better please use references after 2020).
2- Value proposition: Please report on the value proposition offered by the cloud computing technology to electricity utility sector
3- Examples: What are some specific examples or cases of applications of cloud computing? Give examples of companies leading in this regard. please report 3 different examples and figures must be in this section. the example should first explain the challenge they want to resolve using cloud computing and then how cloud computing is utilized and finally the results.
4- Edge computing: Can you illustrate whether or not edge computing is relevant to electricity utility sector?
