Design a bar for your employee, think first and foremost about the working
area. Which material would you use on the floor, on the bar counter itself, on
the working table in the bar. What kind of equipment should the bar have,
regarding storing everything in the bar. Think of higt of tables, the widht, what
should be on the table, utensils and more. How will you display your products,
how will you serve it and suggest it. Design the bar so the employee will have
everything he or she needs as close as possible. Make sure the employee has a
good working station and everything he or she needs is within reach.
