The novel coronavirus and the disease it causes, COVID-19 pandemic is one of the most unpredictable global public health crises in recent times. Academic leaders across the world have responded by moving their educational and associated activities online; as a sense of immediacy swept the nation. The decision to pivot to remote learning was made swiftly, particularly by those institutions operating a shared leadership model, benefitting from a greater degree of agility, innovation, and collaboration. This research highlights leadership role and best practices for navigating unpredictable adaptive challenges such as that posed by the post coronavirus pandemic. Furthermore, understand students with disabilities perspectives and challenges they faced post COVID-19 pandemic.

This research will bridge the gap in literature review regarding academic leadership, and contribute theoretically/practically to body of knowledge. The COVID-19 pandemic revealed a very important side of e-learning difficulties in deployment for students with disabilities which often neglected. Hence, this research proposal will pave the way for researcher to advance the knowledge further in e-learning and academic leadership.
The research objective will bridge the gap in literature review regarding academic leadership post COVID-19 pandemic and contribute theoretically/practically in the context of school education and try to highlight challenges faced by students with disabilities during such time.

Methodology Qualitative research approach, primary date will be collected via semi structured interview with sample size of 15 interviewee, and analysis by Nvivo .
