Expert session(s): you will need to watch the assigned expert sessions below on relevant topics of customer relationship management. These expert sessions are lectures given by expert practitioners using CRM tools. You need to submit a one-page report for each expert session (limit of 2,200 characters including spaces).
In writing the reports, you are supposed to teach someone else the most important take-away that you have learned from the expert lecture or the case study. This is NOT a simple summary or regurgitation of information. Instead, you must organize the information and explain it in a way that helps a peer (e.g., a co-worker or your manager) understand the subject. You can use bullet points, diagrams, prose, or any other format that helps explain the material effectively.
