The newly elected President of the United States has asked you to help him or her determine who will be asked to advise him or her in some important matters. These will not be Cabinet Members but will be experts in their fields who can share their expertise with the President on various matters.
Write a paper that gives what you believe are the best choices for specific advisors from the list of classical and neo-classical theorists. This paper should demonstrate your understanding of their theories and contributions.

2 people to assist in writing the State of the Union Message.
