Congratulations you just landed the job as the food safety expert for Amazon.com. Note that this is a real job placed online in several years back. Create a consumer fact sheet discussing one of the plant toxins to help inform amazon.com customers of toxin issues. You can look up (google) CDC fact sheets, USU Extension fact sheets, or other University Extension fact sheets to see what the style of writing is for a fact sheet. Remember, your audience is an average consumer with an eight-grade education (no big words or medical jargon). Some things to consider: why would they be using this plant, what products might this plant be found in and remember–the dose makes the poison.
