Hi, I need an expert to help me write a reflection paper. I need this person to work closely to help create an outline and help me write a reflection paper in my own words. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE A PAPER!
I need a tutor to help me put my thought into words!
Assignment:
Following the class discussion of this topic, prepare a minimum of 2-3 page paper that reflects the results of your Strengthsfinder assessment.
Your reflection should include the following:
Description of the strengths the assessment generated for you.
Reflection upon the results and how the report compares with how you see yourself.
What surprises you about this report? What rings especially true? Give
examples!*
Prepare an action plan that utilizes your strengths to help propel you to goals
you want to achieve and the life you want to live!
Remember that the paper MUST adhere to APA standards.
See grading rubric below
*
Examples are narratives that demonstrate how the strength in question manifests in your daily life.
This: “As someone with the “Woo” strength, I have conversations with everyone. Walking out of a grocery store where I had been conversing with the checker, my then-girlfriend said, “I’ve known people who could talk to anyone, but you’re the only one I’ve ever known now who talks with EVERYONE! On another occasion, I received a big hug from a flight attendant I had gotten to know on a cross-country flight.” Not this: “Woo is definitely a strength that describes me. I am always trying to win others over. People always say I make friends everywhere I go. I do it all the time.” The first is an example, the second is not.
contains a section entitled “action plan” that includes measurable, achievable action items with time frames, that take you from where you are to where you will be ready when ready for the position in question. (For Job 2, this should include what kinds of positions you’ll need to pursue between now and 5-10 years from now in order to prepare.)
– self-examination (honest reflection on your skills and interests, and how they fit (or don’t) with the type of job you are pursuing)
