Discuss the use of change theory in a performance improvement project and what you would consider a change methodology that might work in your facility.
Describe a particular change theory in detail and include a model/diagram of the model.
Describe how this change model could be utilized within your facility.
Why did you select this particular model?
What aspects of your organization would be considered as promoting or hindering the change?
Describe in detail why you think that each of those aspects would promote or hinder change.
Describe how using a change theory could reduce the resistance to change.
