You are the HR Director of a multinational organisation. You have employees in 14 countries
who all work in offices. News reports coming out of South America suggest that a virus is
presenting that is very contagious and there are concerns that it will lead to a global
pandemic. You must develop a plan to shift your workforce to work from home if the virus
does spread and become a threat. Provide three policy options ONLY FOR YOUR
AUSTRALIAN WORKFORCE.
Part 2 is your analysis of the policy options and should be approximately 1500 words.
Regardless of which single scenario you selected, the second part of the assignment is the
same for each scenario. Critically analyse your “options paper” from the above three
scenarios in the context of research literature on the topic.
