What was the US grand strategy of liberal hegemony, and how was it deployed at the global level (economically and politically) and in different regions? How do you assess the different interpretations of the ‘liberal world order’ and US hegemony by Ikenberry and Bevins? Did the liberal world order under US hegemony match or live up to its ideals and self-justifications?
