As you learned in Wk 1, the audience of your communication is an important factor for you to consider in business communication. This holds true when preparing for a presentation and an interview. You must consider what content may need to be reworked, given your audience’s knowledge of a topic or job requirements. Furthermore, you may need to rework your delivery style based on your audience.

What are some ways you can conduct research on your audience to determine questions they might have regarding the topic of your presentation?
How can you read your audience to determine their feedback during your presentation?
