Write an analysis of program goals and dispositions: (as a kindergarten teacher and future principal) The analysis should be a reflective statement on each goal and disposition. (Dispositions are the attitudes and beliefs you hold). The reflections should include such things as your understanding of that disposition, your experience with it, your plan for growing in that area. Goals and dispositions are in the attachments.
