Write a Reflective narrative on my nursing practice, and clinical decision-making undertaken to check a patient’s blood glucose level, vital signs/observations and the rationale for taking such decision in the best interest of patient (NMC, 2018).

B) Demonstrate progression in achievement of (NMC) proficiencies, skills and values as required
within the programme in the Mental Health nursing field of practice.
C) Reflection on self in relation to self-awareness, emotional intelligence/resilience and
personal performance.
D) Appraise and define own development needs in relation to The Code (NMC 2018)
E) Your writing and reading and writing must be at level 7 (Master’s degree level).
