Students will be required to reflect on a recent patient interaction during 2022.
In 2000 words students will be required to align the nursing care provided with one of the 2nd edition NSQHS Standards.
How does the care you provided meet the NSQHS standard?
1. Choose the relevant Standard file below and read the ‘How to use this tool’ tab first.
2. Using the monitoring tool overarching standard tab – i.e. Governance, use the reflective questions to provide examples of evidence available from the organisation to support the care being provided (investigate what is available).
3. What additional evidence could be provided or recommended based on evidence-based guidelines to improve the quality of practice and patient safety to ensure the Standard is being met?
