Select a policy and identify what changes you would make, or create a new one. For example, in NYC homeless shelters, the eligibility process is more difficult for homeless families rather than single adults that are homeless. Examine the policies in place for the eligibility process, conduct an analysis and discuss what problems do you see, what would you change, how would you fix it etc.
