Conduct an objective assessment and analysis of the healthcare ethical issues raised in the scenario below.
Scenario:
Consider this recent review that was posted publicly on Google about a practicing physician:
Rating: One Star (out of five stars possible)
“Staff is not organized what so ever!!! My mom sees the doctor for asthma shots once a month, shot takes 2 seconds to give. Yet she sits in the waiting room for over 2 hours!! She told the front desk staff how long she had been waiting and the response was… oh you still have not gotten your shot… This behavior is unacceptable!!!! They do not value their patients’ schedules nor health for that matter. Seeing as though my mother can’t go without this shot!”

2. What ethics principle(s) is/are most applicable here and why? Be specific.
3. Applying the identified ethical principle(s) to the scenario ethical issue thorough analysis using your identified ethical principle(s).
4. If you were the hospital administrator, not present to witness the alleged incident, what would you do, how would you respond to the post, and, more importantly, how you plan to address this with the Doctor and their staff? Be specific.
