Select one of the IBM case studies or find a business analytics case study that you find interesting (there are some in Siegel et al. What type of analytics was applied (planning, descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, or prescriptive)? Why was business analytics important in addressing the business problem or opportunity? What was the benefit, impact, or solution of applying business analytics? What was the challenge of applying business analytics, if any?
