Company’s mission and vision statements. How easy were they to find? Are they clear? What do they say about the company’s focus/goals?
To what extent do they give you an idea of what the company does and what is stands for? How do they compare?
What appears to be the company’s key stakeholders? Why do you say this?
What would you say is the company’s positions/ approach on social responsibility? Why do you say this? How do compare?
To what extent is the company involved in the global arena? How do they appear to be conducting business overseas (if at all)does this appear to be going well?
What do you think is the company’s corporate or business strategy? Why do you say this? How effectively does this appear to be working for them?
How effectively does each company appear to be evaluating its portfolio of business?
Any new players to the industry that appear to be a threat?
To what extent is the company concerned about quality? Do they appear to have any particular quality programs in place?
