You will choose a reading from the following list and critically respond to it in approximately 500 words. Your analysis should include :
(A) a brief summary/paraphrase of the argument (including an identification of the important premises and conclusions of the argument.
(B) your own evaluation of the quality of the argument. In your evaluation, you should reflect on what you take the strengths and weaknesses of the author’s argument to be. To do so, you may want to consider whether the author makes any errors in reasoning or leaves important assumptions unargued. What do you think of the argumentative style in the article?
