Write a Briefing Paper describing the formal organization of the adopted agency. How is the agency organized in terms of major police functions, and duties? Identify special units, such a gang, drugs, special tactics, etc. Do they emphasize community policing? Do they have neighborhood watch, citizen police academies, or other citizen outreach program, and if so, discuss them in your briefing paper? Do they report crime data online for citizen access? etc.
