This third paper is based on the article of how laws changed land ownership in Uganda. There are four questions that will need to be answered.
1. When did British colonial government take control of all wildlife in the Uganda and what laws were made regarding trophy animals and vermin animals?
2. How were local citizens supposed to benefit from the elephant control (culling) plans?
3. During this colonial period, how did the British laws disrupt traditional practices of the Toro community?
4. In the post colonial period after the British left, what led to the collapse of wildlife populations and the Ugandan national parks?
