‘Global warming’ has been a key topic at the center of national debate in recent years. Drawing from your reading and study materials this week, write an initial post that summarizes the contributing factors (causes) of climate change and the impacts (effects) these factors have – or are projected to have – on the environment. What scientific evidence supports these factors? Support your summary with data from your study materials and other primary sources.
In response posts, discuss how evidence for climate change compares and contrasts with common misconceptions of global warming. Provide suggestions for how we can mitigate the causes and effects of climate change in the short-term or long-term.
