Develop a plan to change three of your key weaknesses/behaviors/skills in the next year. What steps will you take? How will you know if you have been successful? How long is it going to take you to complete the steps. It should be an ACTION plan for changing your three key weaknesses. Be sure to include a timeline and steps you would take to improve yourself in those areas identified. Your goals should be measurable – you should be able to know that you have completed your goal.
