You are the current president of the Georgia Medical Managers Association (GMMA). Using the reading material and resources from this module, along with the knowledge you gained from this course, compose a formal letter to a congressional leader from your home state regarding the organizational culture, performance, and change that is affecting healthcare and health outcomes in Georgia. Include the growth of strategic alliances, health law and regulation, health information technology, and the rise of consumerism and global interconnectedness of health systems.
Investigate the role of this congressional representative to fully understand what they can and cannot do to instigate change.
