The topic of my papers I plan to do is based on if Nurses who chose to exercise their autonomy rights and choose not to be vaccinated during the pandemic are in the right. Something like this below: Nurses flexing their autonomy and not get vaccinated. What are the values, ethical principles, and rights that come into conflict in a case like this? If it is not possible to respect all of their choices, how should they be prioritized? If you were a care manager should you fire 50 staff and be understaffed during a pandemic? Describe case study, analyze “The case study is ____” Attached are some pdfs of the instructions, book, minimum 10 different references or cases in APA7 format that includes page and/or paragraph number. Prefers active voice over passive voice. Assignment has to be in third-person up until the conclusion portion which is first person for opinion. I am leaning towards allowing nurses to exercise their autonomy even after learning of the consequences that may happen. Clinics were already short on equipment and ICU beds and being understaffed because of firing many nurses for choosing to not vaccinate would have created more stress for other nurses who are already overwhelmed as it is.
