Write a profile describing a leader in an organization who you think is especially effective. You should select someone you can research or know well enough to write about.
The profile should 4-5 double-spaced pages for the body of the paper. In addition, include a Cover page and a References page. Cite all references.
The profile should include:
1. The leader
2. His/her organization
3. His/her leadership characteristics/qualities
4. Why do you think this leader is successful.
5. Describe this leaders career and/or how he/she got to where he/she is today
6. Discuss his/her leadership philosophies
7. Conclude with your personal assessment of this leader
