Prepare a minimum 3 page paper of content (this does not include the Title or Reference page) incorporating the three journal articles (at a minimum; you can use your textbook and other resources) that outlines the following: A) Definition of the therapy, B) relevant research, C) potential conflicts, D) the effectiveness of the therapy on specific patient groups related to the concept of Mood, E) the value and drawbacks of this therapy, and F) why is it important as a nurse to understand how different therapies are conducted.
Prepare the paper using APA (current edition) format. You do not need to complete an abstract. The paper should be written in 3rd person; the term “I” should not be used. The paper will be graded using the “Writing Project Rubric” provided to you in the assignment submission link. Be sure to read this rubric so you are aware of the points for evaluation.
Information Literacy (15 points)
Student will select 2 nursing journal articles from current and appropriate resources. Student will evaluate the information from the article applicably. Student will use information ethically (paraphrases, cites and quotes sources properly).
Analysis of Content (60 points)
Student will use the data to support in-depth analysis of the therapy. Student will follow assignment criteria by thoroughly answering questions according to the directions. Student will display evidence of critical reasoning throughout the paper. Student will support rationale and significance.
Writing (15 points)
Student will use correct mechanics of writing (proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation). Student will use appropriate, complete sentences that transition accurately. Student will use proper vocabulary. Student will focus on the topic with minimal repetition.
Formal APA Format (10 points)
Student will use correct APA format for the title page, spacing, margins, headings, citations and references.
Points will be deducted for typos, grammatical errors, punctuation, and spelling errors.
